Advocate Khemchand G. Joshi started his own private practice in 1986, where he specialized in undertaking complex and extensive profile cases pertaining to India’s volatile real estate sector. He soon carved a niche of his own in all legal aspects of the real estate sector, such as convincing, drafting, pleading, registration of the title documents, and handling litigations in civil matters. Advocate Khemchand G. Joshi is widely recognized as one of Pune’s eminent lawyers in all forms of legal representation and is especially regarded as a pioneer in strategic thinking, convincing and effectiveness in the courtroom. He grew his practice exponentially with a dedicated team that imbibed his work ethic, zeal, and professionalism, eventually founding LegaJuris-The Law Firm in 2021.
His children- Arati Joshi and Anand Joshi, further carried his legacy of being professional, compassionate, and result-oriented. They have achieved the same degrees of excellence in other aspects of legal representations involving criminal, corporate, civil, and personal family matters etc. Both of them have represented – and litigated against –Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, high tech/software companies, real estate developers, law firms & accounting firms.
